How I work
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PROCESS AND HOW IT'S DONE
My goal as a product designer is to select and implement the best methodologies to ensure an excellent end result.

Discovery and Research 🔎
My usual first step is to make a discovery within the company to understand the needs and goals of the project. I also,do a deeper research, benchmarking and competitive analysis to better understanding of the project.

Validation and Prototype ✏️
I start making the first flows and wireframes necessary to validate the idea and testing it with users before the final prototype. The tools I usually use are figma, maze and Protopie. After the idea is validated, I start the process of refinement and necessary adjustments for handoff.

Handoff and Metrics 📊
And finally, with the prototype ready and validated, I start the necessary documentation process for handoff. After being sent to production, I do all the performance monitoring and analyze all user steps, and if necessary A/B tests for experimentation.

Launch and Learn 💡
Design is always evolving and improving process so cannot be 'completely done'. Once the product is released and are being used, we get a great opportunity to review its performance, aggregate feedback and improve based on user needs and business goals.
